A peated whisky from the Kurayoshi Distillery, released as part of The Matsui series and dubbed The Peated! It's pot distilled and then matured in white oak bourbon casks, before bottling at 48% ABV. The bottle is adorned with Katsushika Hokusai's famed piece, The Great Wave, chosen to represent the spirit and force of the whisky within.

The malt masters at Kurayoshi have created a unique whisky with this eight year old blended malt. Produced by Matsui Shuzou in the Tottori Prefecture, a blend of Scottish and Japanese malts and grains have been used before being refined with volcanic-stone-filtered water.
