Add Change Ownership to Bulk Actions for multi-select - feature

It is possible to ‘Change Ownership’ of an individual topic or reply. It would be useful to have ‘Change Ownership’ available in the Bulk Actions when selecting multiple items. Thank you for all your work on this great system!
