This deliciously bright bottled Martini brings out the citrus with a Yuzu Gin - created by Ari Klafter - made from juniper, yuzu, sakura, orange blossom, hojicha, red sansho, kabuso, and angelica. Handy, originally from Maryland, worked for Schiller at the Sazerac Coffeehouse, and later went on to establish an importing and wholesale liquor business.

The Handy & Schiller Old Fashioned, 84 proof, is made using the distillery’s flagship Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Peychaud’s Bitters. Aromas of chinese 5-spice, sesame, hint of mint, and tobacco with a satiny, moderately sweet light-to-medium body and a warming, interesting, medium-length allspice, clove, vanilla steamer, peanut brittle, chewy caramel, and roasted nuts finish. A spicy-sweet cocktail with great drinkability.
