Une icône du design scandinave ! Le système d'étagères String a été conçu en 1949 par l'architecte suédois Nils Strinning (1917-2006), grande figure du design scandinave. String est un système d'étagères modulables pouvant être combinées selon les besoins de chacun pour former des bibliothèques, des bureaux ou des meubles de rangement variés. Sa légèreté, son adaptabilité, son design minimaliste et intemporel en ont fait un grand classique du design suédois. L'étagère String est toujours fabriquée en Suède dans un grand souci de qualité. Son dessin reste inchangé depuis 1949. Le plateau-bureau (L 78 x Prof 58 cm) est à disposer librement dans deux montants Strin System (qui se posent au sol) en fils d'acier laqué. Le plateau-bureau se monte et se démonte très facilement : vous pouvez changer en un tour de main sa hauteur. Avec ses dimensions compactes, ce coin bureau s'installe partout : entrée, salon ou chambre.
